We are a team of thirty highly skilled urban designers, architects, technologists and administrators.  Our capacity to deliver good buildings is based on the high calibre and motivation of our staff, working in three teams, led by the directors.

Continuity is encouraged.  Many staff first came to the practice as students, have now been with us for many years and developed specialisms in sustainability, materials research and design for health, education, leisure, work, recreation and living.

We have adopted the ‘Revit Architecture’ platform to enhance our capacity to design, model, test and build better buildings.

All staff attend three to five days in Continuing Professional Development each year; courses are chosen to enhance the capacity of individual professionals in carrying out their work.
