Jim Coady was sole principal in Jim Coady & Associates from 1988 when he formed the firm. Upon incorporation in 1997 he became a director, and is now a Chairman of Coady Partnership Architects. He has extensive experience of urban design, master planning and major building projects in the education, recreation, healthcare and residential sectors. He is a Conservation Architect Grade III with a particular interest in the design of low energy demand buildings.
