The Sharp Building Fit-Out Starts on Site
COADY Architects together with CBRE and Structure Tone are thrilled to have started construction at the Sharp Building, a 4,000m2 office building located on Hogan Place, Dublin 2
The project includes the fit out to CAT B of the Ground Floor and Levels 3, 4 and 5 for Perrigo PLC and to CAT A on Levels 1 and 2, which are to be sublet by Perrigo. The design includes an exciting range of accommodation including a meeting suite, business lounge, gym, collaboration/breakout areas, tea points, large 5th floor canteen together with private offices and open plan work areas. The project is scheduled for completion prior to Christmas 2018.
