Fit-out completed on 4,000sqm new office building at Hogan Place
COADY Architects together with CBRE and Structure Tone are thrilled to have completed the fit-out of the Sharp Building, a 4,000sqm new office building located on Hogan Place, Dublin 2
4,157sqm of modern Grade A office space set over seven floors, transforming the streetscape of Hogan Place. The project included the fit out to CAT B of the Ground Floor and Levels 3, 4 and 5 for a multinational pharmaceutical company and to CAT A on Levels 1 and 2, which are to be sublet. This includes 206 workspaces in the CAT B spaces and 166 workspaces in the sub-let offices.
The design includes an exciting range of accommodation including a meeting suite, business lounge, collaboration/breakout areas, phone booths, gym, wellness room, tea points, a large 5th floor canteen and town hall space together with private offices and open plan work areas.
