Dublin Airport Central is Ireland’s next generation business destination, offering unrivalled international and national connectivity, directly opposite Terminal 2. The design and build of Phase 1 of the Schiphol like “office city” involves 20,000sqm of Grade A LEED Gold standard office space, an elevated link bridge for ease of access from the offices to terminal 2 and a large urban realm which significantly enhances the DAC “green” campus. The state of the art and connected international business hub will promote growth and development of current and future business opportunities for Ireland. COADY Architects are working in collaboration with the Stewart Construction team to deliver this fantastic project for DAC.
