Adamstown Community Centre
The project involved the design and construction of a 1,381sqm community centre with sports hall in a part single/part two-storey over-ground building and includes pitches and car parking.
The building is planned with separate entrances for day-time use by the community and sports facilities by the school, with entire facility available for community after hours and during weekend.
The building contains four multi-purpose community meeting rooms with associated kitchenette, toilets and storage areas; a single-storey double-height sports hall with associated storage areas; a fitness suite, changing areas; two entrance lobbies and a reception, together with other ancillary accommodation; ancillary site development and landscape works.
