Building blocks are ranged around a series of four new hard / soft landscaped courtyards - each with their own distinctive character - and a series of new ‘streets’ will be formed providing pedestrian permeability to the scheme. Social / communal spaces are located at ground floor providing transparency / active frontages at street level and direct access to court spaces.
