Regeneration of St. Mary's Mansions

This scheme has been designed by COADY Architects, for Cluid Housing Association.

The project is one of many regeneration schemes that Clúid is undertaking at the moment. This flat complex was built by Dublin Corporation nearly 70 years ago and we are undertaking an extensive refurbishment of the development by providing larger, modern apartments to current standards, with the addition of two new stories, and a full refurbishment of the existing retained structure to accommodate 80 apartment units over six floors for people from the Dublin City Council housing list. Former St. Mary's Mansions tenants will have the option to return and have been an integral part in the final design. This project is being delivered through a partnership between Clúid & Dublin City Council, the European Investment Bank, Ganson (Main Contractor), Housing Finance Agency, Inner City Organisations Network (ICON) and Rebuilding Ireland.

This is an extremely exciting project to be part of and this is not just the redevelopment of a complex but is part of the regeneration of the North Inner City and we are very proud to be part of this project.
